Comfort Inn Birch Run - Frankenmuth

The pool and hot rub black film the kids saw the activities room could not use it front desk staff was rude. The smell of tabbco Marijuana bothered my asmatha as I walked down the hallway. Not enough space in parking lot peopke used handicap spaces and they did not have plate and placards very difficult to have my mom get in the building safely with the distance asked to be on first floor and two near and they were on the second floor after mom walking so far from parking lot then up second floor walking far distance to roo. Made things difficult. So when asking for handicap needs it would be nice to receive the request when traveling bring walker and wheel chairs we choose to bring the walker under the understanding we have near distance . So that was mostly the problems.

The room where big had lots of room, my kids loved the pool, the hot tub was nice abs hot.

Nothing everything was great

Location was nice. Close to frankenmuth and lots of food options nearby.

The hallways and pool area smelt like weed. The breakfast was not good at all. The cleanliness of the property was lacking quite a bit.

The room was very large and clean. Our room was very convenient to the parking lot.

Would have liked a few more handicap parking spaces.

Arrived 30 minutes early, was told early check in was not possible. There was a line up of over 10 guests to check in at 3pm. The front desk lady was complaining that it was too busy for her. There was sticky stuff on the window sill. Their pool room was disgusting. Eggs and sausage at breakfast were nasty. Waffle was pretty good

Close to outlets and Frankenmuth.

Parking lot had too many pot holes. It would also have been nice to have more luggage carts available.
