The location was 9 minutes from the waterparks and right around the corner from Burch Run shopping center. It was very clean the staff were polite.

The breakfast was good and the bed and room was comfortable.

The hotel smelled badly of weed. There needs to be a very strict no smoking/vaping policy and enforced. Our bathroom was decent. But the bedsheets had coffee stains and the floors had not been vacuumed. And there were food and snack crumbs on the nightstands. We could not use the pool as there was hair all over the place and it was very cold in the pool area.
