Overall stay was nice. Looks like there was some updating being done.

Housekeeping needs to clean throughout - found previous guests clothing under the chair. Hot tub was lukewarm.

Pool and hot tub were both freezing. The air conditioning/heat system was messed up in our room. It would either have to be on heat or air conditioning and there was no in between. This made sleeping very uncomfortable. It is very loud when the fan kicks on. I was up every hour adjusting the temperature. This was not comfortable, especially after having a cold pool experience.
