Location, facilities, and great staff

Couldn’t book a car space but plenty of on street parking

The location is excellent and the suite is well worth the extra money. The staff were very helpful and the rooms were excellent.

A bit lacking in ground floor facilities. I can understand the business model it has adopted but just felt a bit like a hostel. Lounge in hotel room very hard, but not a big issue.

Decent location and relatively close to airport. Also very close to waterfront cafe

The bathroom in some area needs attention to rust a good scrub along door frames with the shower grout

Location was great, could walk to everything. Good size room.

View was perfect. Room and entire place was clean and tidy. Can't wait to stay again.

I didn't like leaving

The staff was friendly.

The rooms are dated, the shower had no water pressure at all, the windows might as well not as exist sound travels through them so easily, the king bed didn't even try to hide the fact it was two single beds shoved together with a big dip in the middle.
