Great staff and amazing room

Found 4 roaches in the room.

For a quick one night stay after a concert, this was okay.

We waiting outside for a long period of time because there were no staff on site to check us in at 1:30am. The room was disgusting. The headboard had greasy handprints all over it, the room smelled like a dirty hamster cage! The bedding looked old and faded ( not crisp white) . The pillows were flat and stained, and there were not enough towels provided in our room . We had 4 people and there was only 3 towels. It was a really bad hotel and if I were you I would be embarrassed to offer to customers!

Located in an okay area. Restaurants near by and conveniently located to my destination. Kitchen area is a little outdated but everything was clean.

Room was clean

The staff, especially Stacy and Veronica (sorry if I heard the names wrong) were very helpful and attentive. Room was quite comfortable and clean

We booked and paid for a 3 nights stay, then when we arrived they had given our room to someone else. I had to call to talk to the manager lakiesha the next day and instead of hearing my frustration she hung up on me! Twice! Never using that brand of hotel ever again!
