The 1 staff member was very nice and sweet. The manager, on the other hand, was not so nice.

Would never recommend if ypur trying to find a safe place to.stay. they don't check IDs like they said when requesting a key. WOULD NEVER STAY THERE UNLESS YPUR HOMELESS GREAT PLACE THAN. VERY DIRTY. HAD TO CLEAN THE BATHROOM AND KITCHEN BEFORE I EVEN USED IT.

"It could be worse. It’s not bad actually. Just needs to be cleaned better."

The staff was very helpful and friendly.

I didn’t like how in our room we would find random things. Especially in the couch bed. We found rellos which I thought the room was smoke free. No wonder it had a bit of a smell.

Randy so kind ... He goes above and beyond to make sure where comfortable!!! If you have to stay at a stay America I recommend the earth city location the workers are amazing .. they're so sweet try to help as much as possible I love it here.. real
