The staff member Keisha put me out on allegations that I disrespected a team member when I never had contact with anyone due to the lack of staff on the premises. I've never been treated so rude and disgusting ever in my life!

Arrived with a reservation at 8pm. No attendant at the desk. Another guest called the phone and was told he'd be there in 20 minutes. When we returned 15 minutes later I called and was told 10 minutes more. What hotel doesn't check guests in! The room has a noisy bathroom fan running making a burning smell which faded when I turned it off. This is a suites hotel but the kitchen had no plates or cups or anything. Could not even hear a cup of water...

Location

Where do I begin. It took 30 mins for the front desk attendant to check us in, the hot water was not hot, no pots or pans to cook with and my daughter received some bite marks on her.
