"Roach infested."

Upon arrival Thursday evening June 18, 2026 we checked in with the front desk. The lobby smelled cleaned and looked nice. We got our keys and went to our room. Upon flipping the lights on we saw multiple roaches crawling on the walls and ceiling. I’m talking multiple within the first few seconds. We luckily hadn’t sat our bags down yet, killed a few bugs to take to evidence for the front desk. I told her we could not stay here and we would be checking out, she said I could place you in a new room. My 6 year old said “The room has bugs why would we want another room?!” I can’t even imagine the infestation the place has based upon the amount of roaches we saw within 30 seconds of walking in the room.

Beds where clean and bug free thats always important to me.

There was some young people staying there and this young guy acted like he was on something and walking around in his underwear, at the firepit he and others were smoking blunts in plan sight.

Everything! The staff was friendly, it was a great family environment and we made exceptional memories in the room, at the pool and fire pit and even during breakfast! Definitely highly highly recommend a stay at this clean and friendly hotel. And it is not run down or unkept at all!
