"We will never stay at a Hyatt Place again!"

The location was close to shopping centers and eateries

Not clean, noisy rooms , coffee pot had a turn on switch behind a microwave that was bolted down We had a upgrade to a higher floor we started on 2 nd floor and moved to 3rd not exactly a higher floor The coffee in the breakfast area was horrible The hallways were dirty etc If you are going to put the Hyatt name on something then bring that quality to the hotel!!

"Great place for a girls getaway!!"

We went for a girls trip to Greenville and stayed at the Hyatt place in downtown. From the beginning starting with valet the experience was tremendous and the restaurant they suggested were perfect starting with Stir right around the corner. This is a great location and a friendly staff. You won't regret staying at the Hyatt. We loved it,!!
