Awful beds

Apartment was spacious and comfortable. Loved the pool space too

Couldn't sit outside as outdoor furniture was dirty and covered in cobwebs.

The location was great. It was so quiet. The pool was lovely and there was a good amount of lounging chairs.

There were a few issues, and I have contacted the resort as they were specific to our room, and not resort-wide concerns.

I liked that there is covered for the garage. There are some essentials and kitchen equipment included in the villas. Also, the toiletries. The location too. And friendly staffs.

The wifi is too slow.

This wasn't the holiday we thought we were booking, but turned out to be what we needed. We loved the quiet pool, the space that was available in the villa, the air conditioning and cooking facilities.

The resort seemed to be in hibernation, reception was open 8.30am - 4.30am. There was a bar, but no restaurant which was one of the things we were looking for when we originally booked. Luckily Coles and Woolworths were not far away. There were bar snacks available while reception was open. The bike hire has gone leaving villas around a pool. A lot of the villas are permanent homes and next to us we had a prolific gamer who we listened to as he shouted at his computer.

A 3-meter boa dropping from a tree beside the main entrance was quite a thrill!

Everything went smoothly, though it would have been even better with more advance information about the late-arrival procedures.

Wonderful pool and great location. Nice sized apartment.

The bathrooms were not both near the rooms. One is more a guest toilet. Upstairs shower flooded and bedroom fan was faulty.
