The first room was terrible. The door wouldn't close by itself and looking at the mechanism, the plate was missing ascrew

Sheets had blood on them, balcony was covered in bird feces…. wasn’t offered new blankets or sheets when I called to let them know about the blood and then had to change the bed myself

No remote in room. No towels in pool area. Back door lok on hotel broken. Smelled like weed in hallway. Normal hotel breakfast. Comfortable beds.

My husband & I were celebrating our anniversary. We wanted a place so we could venture out on our motorcycle and avoid the major interstates, but be near Stillwater. We got a great price on the room and had stayed three nights. The room was nice! It was clean! We switched out our towels daily. We swam after a day of riding and we showered in the morning. The “problem” was the phone system. When requesting more towels it was easier to go to the front desk or see the gal working the floor. NEVER A PROBLEM to get more towels just a problem with the phone system. GREAT front desk!! The gal cleaning the rooms was awesome! The pool and hot tub was nice. Pool a little cool, but a nice time swimming. Hot tub was hot. The “only” complaint was people who had little kids in diapers in the pool AND hot tub. Parents/grandparents should know better. NOT the fault of the workers. It was only Saturday that was the problem. Breakfast was fine. Always had eggs & sausage, waffles were fine. Nice having Green Mill hooked onto the hotel! This was a nice hotel at a great price. We’ve stayed here twice, and will again

The hotel was not clean. Our room did not smell good walking into it. We went to open the patio door to let fresh air in and the door fell right off. Did not feel safe in the neighborhood.

Dirty hallways, no soap and shampoo. Wifi is not working. Shower is old.

Staff was not at front desk to check people in. No towels at pool.

Keys did not work to get into building and pool area. No security. Strong smell of marijuana coming from rooms on 2nd floor. Person let in several individuals into pool area who were not staying at hotel. Made it overcrowded so my grandsons could not swim. Very loud noisy guests who kept disrupting my trying to sleep during the night. Should I go on?…….

It was a good trip.
