It was very quiet but probably because it was a Wednesday and outside of a holiday. The Green Mill restaurant is next door!

The location was what we were looking for

Outdated, bathroom had bugs & the shower faucet was sticking out of the wall. Not enough parking

Dining next door was excellent

The first room was TERRIBLE. The cleaning chemical must have been spilled because the smell was overwhelming and a slippery, oily film was on the floor. The doors (closet, bathroom and main door) were so warped that they didn't closed without a fight. Transferring us to a new room seemed like a good idea until the second room stank of cigarette smoke. We only had to open the door to know it wouldn't work for us. Our third room was acceptable but the whole "check-in" experience ended up taking over an hour, leaving us late for an appointment. No manager was around to compensate us in any way. After filling out my feedback form, I did get a curtesy letter from someone in management. In my opinion, this was not enough of an apology to make the whole experience feel anywhere near positive. The one-star review was earned by serving a very bountiful breakfast buffet for guests.

Breakfast was good

Had to change rooms several times. Roaches first night along with flooding from bathroom. Changed room. Second room had moisture issues, carpet was wet, smelled, ac wouldn’t shut off. Moved to third room which was ok. Would like a refund.

The staff person who checked us in was incredibly nice! The room, although outdated, was clean, had everything we needed. Housekeeping need was attended to promptly. Would stay here again.

Found a bug on my bed. Tub drain was plugged. Highway and road noise.

The room smelled musty.

Easy to enter and out from the highway
