People able to open my door and front desk was very rude and dismissive towards

We had to leave 5 hours before our flight because the suttle driver did not want to wake up from sleeping in the lobby now that we are back we were told we would be picked up in 30 minutes then when he got here he allowed a two family’s rush the van and force they way in now we have to wait longer I will never book here again and I wouldn’t recommend them if they were the only service available

The pool was nicely heated and the hot tub was hot

Paper thin walls on the door locks if you leave the door open the lock will chime non stop there was no bar soap for hands we had to go find someone to help with that the security door near the restaurant was not secure so anyway you could just walk in to the hotel also the light fixtures all the shades were messed and didn't fit correctly

Location.The ground it's built on is in a location that is a plus. That is the only reason to even think about staying here. THEN STOP..

The inn keeper knowingly check us into a room with no water. Not just that room. All the rooms. Once checked in they don't want to check you out. NICE.

This should not be a park and fly! Shuttle service on return from airport was horrible! It was almost 2.5 hours after our pickup call that we arrived back at the hotel. Also waiting for pickup the same a.ount of time was a couple with 2 small children, and another couple with an elderly man in a wheel chair. We were asked to move pickup locations as well and driver could not find us. Lots more but not even getting into that nightmare. See picture of the dangerous way the driver put luggage into the passenger area of the van. He was slamming after the passengers had already boarded. We tried to talk to a manager upon arrival back to hotel and where told she was not there and where given a business card for the director of sales. Called a couple days later, and again was told n I manager but they would have this person call me back. I also needed to discuss why my credit card was overcharged. Guess what, 17 days later and still no call back from manager. Do not use this hotel for park and fly. Worse experiences ever for this service and no response.

Easy to locate from the highway

It was NOT clean. It was dirty and had to change rooms 3x because the staff wouldnt give refund. Was not completely satisfied but was tired of moving everything to new room each time. Was very disappointed at the lack of cleanliness of the whole hotel.
