Breakfast was very nice way to start the day Good check out time

The staff were very helpful and kind. They went above and beyond letting us check n early because we had been on a red eye all night.

King ADA tub room. Broken taped up window. Leaky toilet. Poor water pressure shower. Terrible mattress that was mattress-padded to hide the fact. Holes in towels. Last minute notice of exterior construction. Workers violating every OSHA rule in the book. Exits barred, construction noise EASTER MORNING, areas not safely cordoned off to prevent falling debris injury. Horrible breakfast (think powdered eggs, unidentifiable meat and waterlogged hard-boiled eggs). Plastic wrapped apples. Hubby ate one and promptly spit it out. One morning no juice or fruit. NO. ONE. AT. DESK. for checkout. The lobby and breakfast area were good - and that's where it stopped. Not up to Hilton standards - think low budget hotel takeover. Work scheduled to be completed in June 2024.

Construction going on and seemed to be a lot of dogs in hotel. Facilities seemed a little dated.

Great place and friendly people in spite of construction update of their property

The staff was friendly, but the property in general was dirty. The building felt very run down. The bedding was not comfortable and felt stiff and cheap. The rooms were extremely small and only had one rolling chair near the window to sit at a desk. There were painters constantly outside our windows giving us zero privacy unless we shut the blinds which then had us sitting in the dark because there are only lamps in the room for light. We tried to rearrange the room a bit and when attempting to move a stool we noticed the handle was barely hanging on the stool and it just fell off. We will not be staying here again. It just felt very dirty and ran down.
