Days Inn by Wyndham San Antonio Alamo/Riverwalk

Found a roach on the bed. AC was loud. Bathroom door did not close all the way. Was not able to lock it. Bath tub seemed dirty. Will not stay here again.

GREAT PRICE AND GREAT STAY

Bad smell. Extra charge for parking.

The room was great. However, there was human feces on the sidewalk and used feminine products in the pool which had not been cleaned or treated.

Great price for location near downtown

The initial fee costs more than what you pay for the stay, and a 20 dollar parking fee is charged to stay in their hotel which is outrageous. The rooms aren’t cleaned enough, not enough staff to take care of all the rooms, and the facility isn’t well taken care of.

I am one happy customer of Days Inn. Property is in an excellent location. Staff was friendly and the rooms were very clean. Air conditioning in the hot weather was fantastic. The TV channel selection and availability was also excellent. Staff was very helpful in giving directions. I highly recommend this hotel and I will be a return customer.

Convenient to downtown. That's the only good thing about the hotel. They charged for parking $16 a day! No advanced warning ao we didn't plan that in the budget. Apparently San Antonio now charges for all downtown parking. At least most places validate but not the hotel. I expected little because i didn't pay a lot but this place was bad. The room smelled bad, it was hot when we arrived. The coffee maker was incomplete. There we're 2 of us but only 1 coffee packet? The shower didn't work properly. I told the front desk about the A/C and was told they don't turn it on while empty. You are expecting guests!! They expect the room to be comfortable when arriving. The bed was uncomfortable our bodies ached for days. We went to get coffee at the office and all the carafes were empty.

It was the worst experience that I’ve ever had in a hotel, terrible odor in the room, dirty and stained blankets, there was a little ice bucket in the room and it was dirty with green fongis, I was terrible at 1 am we had to leave the door open and spray perfume all over the room, by the way no body answered in the lobby so we had no choice to stay in that terrible conditions

I’ll start with the good- the manager was helpful (after a minute) and did seem to care and ultimately got me and my babies into a clean and safe room for the night. The bad- immediately upon getting into our room, things went south quickly. The remote didn’t work for the tv and suddenly I realized that our feet were BLACK and I have a baby who was in the crawling stage! I took a closer look at the floor- filthy. Absolutely filthy floor. I called the manager and told him what was going on and at first he had a “well it’s late, what do you wanna do?” Attitude but quickly changed his tune once he saw the floor and our legs and feet for himself. The next room had cleaner floors but the BATHROOM was god awful. Toilet and sink hadn’t been cleaned in ages. So we went to a third room. I told the manager I wanted to leave at that point and would be (rightfully) asking for a full refund but he asked for a third chance. The third room was fine! that’s not saying much, sadly. But he did say he would speak to housekeeping.
