This was a good place like it quite clean. And the staff was really nice

Not a very pleasant trip and experience

Exelent property

Smelled horrible. Room smelled like cockroach spray. Asked for a different room and that one smelled like humid air/damp laundry and there was dead ants on the bed and tables. However; the staff was super nice ( lady with red hair and glasses that was there in the morning).. she was a doll and was extremely nice and welcoming.. I’d give her a 10 star if I could. The guy at night check-in however, a South East Asian man, was literally on the speaker phone and playing chess with a friend while checking us in…. Like come on

We liked the location. Easy to get to river walk, river center and the convention center.

Sheet were stained and there was kids tuning around all night yelling but other than that everything was great

The parking was tight, the air conditioning didn’t work

THE GOOD: This particular property has a lot of lighting in the parking lot making it feel very safe. Also, the room doors are very sturdy and secure. THE BAD: They charge for parking. Be prepared to pay an extra $16 per night. One last thing, the heavy-set clerk refused to move from the handicapped parking spot because she didn't want to walk an extra 5 steps to the front desk. She was not physically challenged and did not carry a handicapped parking permit.
