Hotel St. Marie

Second time staying at Hotel St Marie & not disappointed. The front desk people are stellar, especially Betsy! Always friendly & helpful. Quiet, clean rooms w/good beds & pillows. I love the balcony rooms! Centrally located to many places for the French Quarter. Counting the time when I can go back!

The staff and location! 10/10 Please trust them on recommendations for food outside of the hotel, but the restaurant/bar’s food is great also.

The too soft pillows for my liking, but I will just bring my own next time.

Fantastic experience. First off all the location is perfect A great access to riverfront, whole quarter and Louis Armstrong park. The staff was exceptional and was so helpful with little things including a pack and play for our toddler. Restaurant on site was decent. Was pretty quiet at night considering how close we were to bourbon. Bess comfortable. Would absolutely stay here again.

I liked the ambiance. ThecHotel St. Marie had an elegant upscale charm. It had a courtyard that was completely enclosed with a pool, fountain and seating area; a nice place to enjoy a little reading. Some rooms have balconies that overlook the charming courtyard. The Hotel St. Marie has the most attentive staff. Jason was very helpful and attended to our questions. The other nice amenity is the on site parking. The valet was quick to retrieve our vehicle when we needed it. I can't forget to mention the location. When you walk out of the hotel's front door and take a left, the first street is Bourbon Street. So, you are in the thick of things, but you wouldn't know it when inside the hotel because it's very quiet. The Hotel St. Marie is hidden a gem.

The staff was superb! We loved our room and view of the courtyard. The location was perfect - just off Bourbon so it was quiet but a super quick walk to fun!

Great experience in every aspect. Staff was professional and customer service oriented. Room was very clean and comfortable. Front desk always responsive to questions. Location is excellent, only one block away, for those who are interested in Bourbon Street and surrounding area. Easy walking to riverfront and Jackson Square. I will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful location for staying in the French Quarter. Almost everything we did was in walking distance. Very clean and reasonably priced. We ate at the bar and had drinks twice and the food was amazing and the bar tenders were great. We got a balcony room and while I feel like it wasn't necessary it was a nice touch. Really happy with the stay.
