The hotel overall is like being in a European ski village! Free hot chocolate and snacks being an added bonus! However i stayed in a spa suite and i could hear everything going on in the room next too me…one evening there was dogs unattended barking through the night and at 6am in the morning….this reported and security was straight to the door to resolve the issue…however the comotion going on outside my room went on for around a hour late in the evening and again at 6am in the morning

Camera molto spaziosa, letto molto grande e molto comodo. Pulitissima. A disposizione acqua, caramelle, prodotti da bagno. Ci sono gli accappatoi. In pieno centro. Abbiamo cenato al ristorante dell'hotel e abbiamo mangiato divinamente (molto caro ma in linea con gli standard del luogo). Bella la struttura.

L'unico appunto è la pulizia della piscina che purtroppo abbiamo trovato molto molto sporca.

Location, nice property, spa, friendly staff

Bathroom in our room didn't seem to swept or mop in preparation of our stay ie long black hair on floor. The bottom bed sheet had dry up blood stain on it.
