"Looks luxurious… But it’s not!"

This is my first review and the first one star review because this place may look like it luxurious but it’s not because the people who work here are nice but they don’t tell you everything and the room was bad it smells bad like smoke and there red stains on the floor the pool is colder than the pool that we have at home and colder than the pools at a cheaper hotel. If you’re reading this review in front of this hotel … RUN!!!! One ⭐️

Front desk was empathic

Whn we arrived 2 rooms wasnt cleaned waited n for 45 mins n we finally went out n room was awful housekeeping didnt do a good job cleaning at all plus rooms n hotel was def outdated i went off booking.com stars srry someone was lying my room couch stains frm built up dirt had a big torn n da sofa I constantly had issues def doesnt meet da standard of Embassy Suites ive stayed at I took my family n upgraded paid alot mre to be really disappointed
