Location, safe, friendly staff good price

The pillow situation. Two tiny pillows for a king bed. No housekeeping service on a 3 night stay. Ran out of body wash and could have used fresh towels.

We were given a complimentary upgrade to a king size suite which was a really nice and large room. The hotel had a complimentary water station in the lobby which was great for refilling water. Parking was fairly easy, although it would get full late at night. I also really appreciated this hotel being pet friendly.

Although the hotel is pet-friendly, it wasn't clear if pets were allowed in the restaurant/bar spaces, especially if pets can't be left alone in the rooms. I would have liked to visit these but was afraid I'd be turned away with my pet.

Hicimos una reservación el 29 para el domingo 31 lamentablemente no nos hospedamos debido a que solo nos brindaron una cama y en la reservación que hicimos en línea fueron 2 y tampoco nos dieron nuestro reembolso de 362 dólares, cuando fue su error de ellos , en lo personal no recomendamos ese hotel y tampoco volvería

Needs updating ASAP An unpleasant smell on arrival never seemed to disappear. Would definitely not recommend.
