Rude staff

When I entered the room the floor was sticky. The A/C-heater unit had broken knobs, so it didn’t work properly. When I placed my hands on the unit, it fell out of the wall. Luckily I was able to push it back into place. The power outlets didn’t work so I couldn’t charge my phone. The shower had holes in the wall. It had snowed recently and the parking lot wasn’t plowed well, and was difficult to navigate.

Easy to find and get to and by 2 gas stations for filling up. Check in was super easy and front desk help was kind and welcoming. Room was run down, walls with holes in them and super dingy bathroom with ripped up towels and no toiletries outside of 1 half roll of TP. Comforter was full of hairs and filthly!This was a pit stop on a road trip, pet friend and cheep. It proved to be very cheap accomodations.

Vernon (Mgr.) was very nice and helpful. He fixed a few glitches and I was comfortable after that!! 😊 Thanks

If you must stay you will hear noise from dogs barking, doors closing, people talking on the hallway. The hotel need a major overhaul. It’s a rundown place. Table lamps with sockets that don’t work, horrible office chair, bed and pillows are terrible. Found toilet paper on the floor next to the toilet. I will never plan to stay here again

Room ceiling needed repair. Office chair in room was broke. Lamp stand in corner broke.wanted a room with 1 king bed, got 2 queens instead. Charged $15 for a small dog.
