"Very disappointing and came home exhausted from lack of sleep"

Rooms were very clean, staff was very friendly. Loved having a Starbucks in the building.

The location is extremely loud. We were located on the 3rd floor facing the Main Street. Local bars are across the street and the street traffic kept us up until the early morning every night. Kids running back and forth from the pool during the day made resting throughout the day impossible. As well as cleaning staff hanging out in the hallways.

"Not restful after a long 7hr drive!!"

We were put in a room right next to elevator and heard the elevator cables in our room. Unacceptable, was this the only room available?? Too late in the evening to go and switch! Not happy!!
