The price for the hotel in that area was good

Suma (one of the owners) is an upbeat, wonderful host who was amazing from atart to finish. We had a late check-in due to a travel-related issue, and she was so friendly and welcoming to ensure that we had a great stay. The hotel was so amazing that we extended our stay one extra day. Free breakfast is always a plus, and the indoor pool is clean and beautiful. The property is a 3 minute drive from downtown historic Keystone and about 12 minutes to Mount Rushmore. Incredible stay. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!

They offer swimming pool in their ads but the pool is closed

Room was pretty good. Needs a better cleaning in the bathroom, smelled terribly of mildew

Room was small, dirty, hot water for 5 min then cold shower after that, pool closed, hallway stunk from staff cooking. Never stay there again!

The room was too small for two beds. It was very cramped for four people, we were tripping over everything. Very friendly staff and clean.

I had two service dogs with me. They asked for my service dog documents for the dogs. No other hotels had asked for that.

Staff were friendly and happy, and helpful even when I arrived late at night. I was able to get a different room at the last minute so my aging mother didn’t have to climb all the stairs. Thank you so much!

The property management was very welcoming and helpful

First of all I'm a truck driver, I called the hotel and asked if they have room to park a semi truck and trailer. The lady said yes so I reserved a room through Orbitz. It was a bit of a challenge to get to the hotel and when I arrived there was no room on the property for my truck. The bath towels looked dirty and the knobs on the drawers with the town info pulled off the drawers. This is a very last resort hotel.
