Royal Inn Keystone

The double bed room was much smaller than expected. The pool was closed. The breakfast was very limited. We continually ran out of hot water when using the shower. You could not complete a 5 minute shower without the water turning completely cold. Would like a partial refund for the poor quality.

I liked the kind service.the managers hisband carried our luggage.the room was clean.the ac worked fine.and the water was hot for shower.nice indoor pool.icemachine too.breakfast served at 7am.the staff very friendly.my wife and i have nice sleep.the bed was very comfortable.for the money.very happy with location also.right in keystone,sd.walking distance in town.we would stay there again if we get back that way.very happy.lonnie potterf.goodland,ks.

The staff was very friendly. The room was clean, but small. The breakfast was a basic hotel breakfast, consisting of cereal, bread for toast, juice, coffee and the like. The hot tub was not funtional and drained of water. The pool that was indoors, was ice cold. Too cold to enjoy after a long day exploring the hillls. The scenery around the property was absolutely gorgeous. But just a tip, if you want to go have supper in the heart of Keystone, don't try to walk. Its over a mile each way. And after filling your tummy, its a bit of a trek back. Lol. Overall, it was decent for the price.

The rooms are very small, but doable. Some bugs on the floor in the bathroom, floor was separated in the bathroom, cold baths and showers, the water wouldn't heat, the pool was ice cold, the hot tub was not filled and was down. Not much of a breakfast,

This is the first hotel that we stayed that lady in the front desk she’s questioned me what room we check in or stay. And we paid already before we went to our room, I don’t know why she’s questioning me so next when we travel I’m not gonna pick this name of the hotel again . If I’m going to look for the hotels.com…

Rooms were very clean. The breakfast was amazing.

Cold showers, limited dining with no condiments. I think I paid a bit much for what was offered, but at least I had a bed.

Overall decent place a bit aged, need to do some repairs to the stairways outside pretty warped and unsafe.
