The employees were great in every area we encountered them. From checking-in, to late night drinks at the bar, all employees were helpful, funny, and engaging.

Nice mattresses and bedding, great shampoo and soap, quiet and room darkening shades

Good location, spacious rooms

No daily housekeeping of rooms. That was not stated at check-in only found out when we returned to our room and telephoned reception and they stated that if a guest would like a room serviced there would be a daily charge of $50 per day. We have stayed in many Hilton hotels around the world and ALL rooms have always been serviced daily!

The staff were excellent

Staff was helpful when we needed to move rooms due to noise issues from the elevators. Excellent AC during a heat wave. Comfortable beds. Large bathroom. Overall a good stay.

I was not expecting to like this hotel as much as we did. Our room was very spacious and clean. The pool was very nice. Staff was amazing. Close to everything we needed and easy access to public transportation. Had a lovely time here with my husband. Already booked another stay for next year.

Personeel komt de afspraken niet na. Kamerschoonmaak is niet inbegrepen, maar ook handdoeken werden niet vervangen of wc-papier aangevuld, terwijl we hier wel een aantal keer om gevraagd hebben en men deze zou komen vervangen. We hebben borg betaald voor twee kamers bij aankomst, maar deze nog steeds niet retour ontvangen. Dit bedrag is ook al afgeschreven (en niet gereserveerd, wat normaal is bij andere hotels).
