Hilton Grand Vacations Club Chicago Magnificent Mile

Everything, the location, it was walking distance to all our excursions, restaurants, etc The cookies are delicious. The staff, great. The rooms were always cleaned. Honestly I can’t think of anything bad to say, because there isn’t any. I would recommend this place, not just for everything I have mentioned, but what I didn’t mention in the price, EXCELLENT!!

Spacious room

They tried to solicit me for presentation to market a time share of which I already own 7. When I went there the front desk person was hostile and lacked understanding. I travel by myself and they insisted there was another person with me when there was none. Telling them there was nobody should have been enough but it wasn't with this fresh person. I found out from someone that they were looking to cancel my presentation before this so they found this way to do it. Never been treated so badly by HGVC. And I am a top owner too. very poorly managed. Avoid the marketing people.

Nice clean and spacious room

Die Lage des Hotels ist hervorragend um Chicago zu erkunden. Auch der neben dem Hotel befindliche Supermarkt ist okay für den einen oder anderen Einkauf. Insgesamt gesehen, jederzeit wieder.

Die Preise für die Tiefgarage des Hotels sind sehr hoch. Unbedingt in der Nähe befindliche Garagen nutzen.

This property is in a great location for walkable distance to many Chicago attractions. While this property doesn't have a kitchen like other Grand Vacation properties, the larger than usual fridge, mini kitchenette & dining table came in handy to not have to eat out for every meal, and the property is a block away from Whole Foods and other local markets. The pool was under renovation, 2nd Hilton GV property this has happened to us at, so not sure we'll plan on being able to use the pools featured at Hilton properties - as they also never provide disclaimers when the pool will be closed on their website or 3rd-party sites.
