The Park Vista - A DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel - Gatlinburg

Hotel was perfect for our needs although we didn’t spend much time there . Breakfast was ok . Staff not overly friendly

Every time we stay at the Hilton we are always pleased with everything and everyone. Friends and family recommend for us stay at other places due to their experiences. We in return refuse, and encourage for them to stay at the Hilton, where we will be returning again this Christmas! My wife and I have just made the conscious decision of no more trying to stay at Cabin, or try the newest and latest Hotel that has just been built, and just always stay where we know we will be most pleased, Park Vista Double Tree in Gatlinburg! We have never had a complaint with this location, never! Thank you so very much to each everyone of you for making our stay wonderful as always!

Location

very old rundown hotel. It needs at least some minimal renovation. This makes the hotel look dirty and untidy.

Getting a bit dated, still in reasonable nick but in need of. A makeover

Location was everything.

Breakfast was over priced.

I loved the view. My son loved the pool and seeing the bear outside. I like they serve drinks and food by pool. Wish they had room for adults in pool. Its very small kid friendly though.

Rooms seemed out dated. I booked two queen beds and got a queen bed with fold out couch. I never got bedding for the fold out couch even though I requested it. I had blanket from home and took pillow from my bed to make due.

MOUNTAIN VIEW WAS AMAZING. POOL WAS GREAT. FIREFLY BAR AND STAFF WERE GREAT. OUR WAITRESS AND GREETER AT BREAKFAST WERE SUPER, AS WERE THE COOKS AT THE BUFFET.

TO GO COFFEE FOR $4 DID NOT SEEM FAIR IN THE RESTAURANT (WE HAD THE BUFFET). NO WATER AVAILABLE AT THE FRONT DESK AREA ALTHOUGH THE STANDS WERE THERE.
