"Good location, questionable cleaning"

Location was great, and the room was very spacious. However, I found not one but two used washcloths in my room during my visit. At least one of them had visible pubic hairs on it. I am unsure how frequently the cleaning staff clean the showers, but letting this stay between guests on the shower rod is unacceptable from any hotel.

Breakfast should have been free you shouldn’t have to pay for it.

Great indoor pools and water slides. Great views of downtown Gatlinburg.

They did not have luggage carts available for the guest to bring their own luggage from their car to the room. They had a bell hop. I seen alot of guests struggling to get their luggage from their parked car to their room. They charge guest for parking.

The views were AMAZING!!! The cookies were SOOOOO good!!

Our bed was a little hard for me, but the views made up for it.

Glad that a trolley was available for free. Beautiful inside lobby. Nice piano man during the evening.

Got in the pool and hot tub at 8am. Was still nasty full of hair and dirty cups around. Part of the stay was for the kids to enjoy pool and hot tub but was unable to. Quite disappointing. Shower and toilet area was very small and cramped. Food very expensive.
