Quality Inn Dayton North - Vandalia

I would never recommend anybody to stay in. This hotel is nasty as disgusting. The microwaves in the rooms don't work. The pool area is disgusting. The bathrooms are nasty. I had to scrub the bathroom myself for me and my kids to use it and a carpet smell like dog piss and I didn't refund me back my full two days and two nights they gave me back my deposit And I only stay one night

Nothing worked in my room including any of the appliances or TV everything was disgusting and the AC was blowing hot air and as for safety concerns the door didn't even lock and they refused to change my room so we just checked out and I lost 710 dollars and repayed it elsewhere... I didn't get a refund after they said they would...

Looked very old could use some upgrades Pool was closed. Is sanwiched in between other hotels Close to shopping and great restaurants Good price

First off pictures do not match real life...AT ALL. Building is not the most welcoming from outside and inside matches perfectly unwelcoming, bland ,boring and stale. At first glance room didnt look horrible but as your eyes begin to focus your start seeing the dirty worn out surfaces. Pillows were disgustting worn out stained and ick. Dont look under the pillow case its even worse. Thankfully walmart is close by so we could just get our own pillows in hopes of getting a lil shut eye. We asked if we could check in an hour early, room was available but they wanted to charge more for a room that what i know now is over priced. Overall just gross. We did asked for new pillow cases from the cleaning lady who was seconds from overdosing she responded with " they are all old and worn out" plenty of options nearby pick one of those.

The lady that check us in was nice. We got to the room and there was a strong odor, we asked to be moved but only other room had a noisy air conditioner so we stayed in the room we had. They came in the next day and took our dirty towels and did not replace them. We had to go to the office to get new towels for the next day.

This was the worst hotel experience of my life. The place is dirty & outdated. They advertise a spa & pool. Spa broken, pool supposedly opened at 3pm. Our door lock didnt work. Tv was broken. When we tried to get staff to open the pool, we were told itbonly opened after 3, since that is check in time. However, we were already checked in & on 2nd day of a reservation. No credit or wven explanation for why we couldn't use amenities that were already paid for. Staff was extremely rude & unprofessional. She yled at me for asking basic questions about the issues of our stay. Was told the manager would review our refund request sometime during the week. Would not provide name or contact info for manager or owner. Do not waste your money. I should have known when all their plants were dead. I've never complained or left a hotel mid stay. Do NOT stay here, the low price indicates the lowest quality available. This place is a hell hole!
