Quality Inn Dayton North - Vandalia

Checked in and was told the pool wasn't open. My daughter and 2 granddaughters were very disappointed. We had chose to stay here because of the indoor pool. All we got was an Im so sorry. When we got into our room the toilet was having trouble flushing. I went back to the desk and got aplunger to fix it. The bathroom counter and mirror didn't look very clean. The buffet breakfast wasn't very good. The waffle iron over cooked the waffles. Only had OJ and skim milk to choose for drinks

Hotel was nasty. Pics from website not even close to real life. Pillows didnt have cases. Tv had no remote. Was asked to try 3 different rooms and all 3 had the same problem. I will never never ever stay at a Quality inn again. There is no quality there. I deserve a refund

I’m normally not one to critique a hotel since I usually don’t care that much, but this place was not great. The whole reason I got a room was to use the pool at some point. So I bought a more expensive room when there were cheaper places without the pool, but when we got there, the pool was closed because the heater was out or something. The towels were nasty. The room smelled like weed. The woman at the desk had an attitude. So it wasn’t pleasant. I really wouldn’t recommend it.

If it's not a have to situation, stay away from this place. They put is in a dirty room, double charged me, kept pool closed (because it needed chlorine). Had employees family members/friends hanging in the lobby. Very disappointing

We were wrote racial profile we were not allowed to have covers or towel. They cussed out my 13-year-old 12 year-old and 14 year-old told them that they cannot have towels. They’re not supposed to be there then when I said something, they called the police and had us removed and I have video of the front desk clerk talking to my kid crazy And then another one in the morning talking to me crazy and not letting me talk and just automatically call the police. It was the worst experience of my life. I’m going to post this hotel in the video. It is the airport one that we went to and it was terrible.

Ants in room, cold in first room, moved to another one, waited 10 minutes for anyone to check me in. A dive. Very disappointed and expensive for what I got. The employees were nice though.

Was 2 rooms which hadn’t been cleaned, the third room was fine, the indoor pool was not in operation. Apart from the room mix-up the staff were helpful

The hotel was dirty!! The beds were nasty, sheets and bedding was dirty. Hotel itself smelled of cigarette smoke and marijuana. Was nasty all the way around. We left and went to another hotel.

Will never return for many reasons

None of the advertised amenities were open/working. The pool/hot tub/laundry etc was all closed. The room is filthy, the bedding was stained with blood. Dirty washcloths having on the shower curtain, dirty coffee filter in the coffee maker. Contential breakfast had very little food. The pictures & description of hotel & rooms was inaccurate. I would never recommend staying here to anyone.
