Eu quelques soucis de chambre, obligés de changer de chambre car chambre réservée avec fuite d'eau et sale mais TONY (seul personnel disponible ce jour là) a été très compréhensif, aimable, serviable et à su contribuer à ce, que notre séjour se passe nickel. TONY est très compétent à tout niveaux.

Chambres fuite eau, puis autre chambre sale. Au prix où est la chambre, je pense que vous devriez faire 1 effort sur la propreté et embaucher du personnel afin de pourvoir à ce genre de désagrément. TOUTEFOIS, TONY a su faire face SEUL au PROBLÈMES et à pu rendre notre séjour bon 👍👌

Staff were pleasant

No hot water, cold showers , notice on air conditioning saying not to use. Room was very hot, no sleep at all. Incredibly noisy from road traffic. Motorbikes going up and down on road outside until early hours.

Lit confortable

Pas trop de papier toilette pour 3 personne. On a du en acheter. Que 2 stick du café pour 3 jours (2 adultes). Au petit matin plus d'électricité , (mon mari a besoin de sa machine pour l'apnée du sommeil, alor plus de machine plus de repo pour les 2). On est sorti a 10h et toujours pas de électricité. Donc on a pas pu préparer les cafe. On étais 3 et l'hôtel nous a donné que 2 serviettes.
