L'accueil du personnel

Pas de restaurant Pas d'électricité dans la chambre le matin et pas de gel dans la douche, plus de volets roulants alors plus de bruit,par contre le local du service de nettoyage avait bien de l'électricité Et au petit déjeuner il manquait des choses( fromage blanc, fruits coupés frais et le pain un petit bout minuscule)

"Relativement déçu de ce Campanile. Je n'y reviendrai pas."

Confort de la literie. Salle de bain convenable.

La climatisation de notre chambre fonctionnait très mal. En arrivant à 18h30 dans notre chambre il y faisait 28°. Je mets la ventilation de la clim à fond à 21°. A notre départ de la chambre à 19h30 il faisait encore 27,5° et à notre retour vers 23h30 il y faisait encore 25° donc sommeil très difficile. Petit déjeuner à 9h30 très moyen car très mal ou pas du tout réapprovisionné.

Chambre confortable

Premier jour plutôt bien bon accueil chambre bien Petit dejeuner bien 2iéme jour petit dejeuner il ne restait pas grand chose ds les plats peu varies les tables pas nettoyées 3ième jour en se levant le matin plus d'electricite ni ds la chambre ni la salle de bain Signalé à l'accueil elle ne pouvait rien faire elle ne savait pas remettre le courrant Petit déjeuner plus de couteaux de cuillères de tasse disponible plus de pain de charcuterie de fromages Salle non desservies et pour les tables libres non nettoyées.
