Quirindi Sunflower Motor Inn

Really loved the garden and the lights at night so beautiful and warm, the warmth of our hosts and their beautiful animals (their two gorgeous dogs) and the room had everything needed for a good stay, hot water, cleanliness, toaster, kettle, air con, tv and comfy beds.

A few little things that were trivial like in the bathroom we had a cold and cold tap LOL it was more of a smile moment than a dislike and the other little thing was the wall light didn't work but that's neither here nor there, and it would be lovely if there was a power point at the bedside for phone charging so you can look over and see the time (as there weren't any clocks to see the time) and or, rearrange the bed so that it's not directly underneath the air con as it blowing on some people with sinus (as lovely as it was) causes a blocked nose, so if the bed was up the other end and the tv on the other wall then it would've been good... But these are all trivial points (and do not take away from the stay in any sense).

Easy location & friendly staff & the bed was very comfortable.

It was all I needed for a solo traveller. It wasn’t a big room & the bed would have been a challenge for a couple but it had all that one required. Staff were lovely & I enjoyed my stay. It is on the outskirts of town but on the right side for my next day’s travel. I was happy to drive to painted silo & again for the night show.

It was quite serviceable. I was expecting a bigger room but it had everything one needed amazingly.

A quiet spot off the main road and out of town a little. The room was well sized and comfortable. I always appreciate motels that provide crockery and cutlery in the rooms for travellers. Very quiet aircon and also a fan which is lovely to sleep at night. There was an incredible long lasting storm on the night we were there which continued for hours. The gravel forecourt and driveway was well drained, a great relief in the morning as the rain had been so heavy, I half expected the car to be sitting in muddy water up to its wheel tops! Despite the almost cyclonic conditions, we (and our things) stayed dry and safe during this furious storm.

The bathroom needs a bit of an update.
