"Great place however....."

Fantastic location with views and great friendly host.

It says in the advert "The entire place is yours". That is not the case. The hosts were living in the house whilst I was there with their dogs. Luckily the host were nice and I'm a dog person.

On the main highway and was easily located and easy parking. Short drive into the main business area of Quirindi.

Couldn't open rooms windows to access fresh air at night.
