The bed was very comfy and good pillows! Night lady that helped me was very nice!

Could be lea er in the bathroom area. Also says checkout is 12 when booking but they came knocking at the door at 11 05 saying it was time to check out

The best hotel breakfast I have ever had in the US! Freshly fried chorizo, tater tots, salsa and tortillas. And with fresh, I mean less than a minute from the pan to my plate. The personnel was very kind and helpful, the room was big and comfortable

The staff was very nice. My room was very clean and comfortable. I noticed that my room was quiet so that made it easy to get rested for the next day. I will choose this hotel again when traveling this route. Thank you for this pleasant stay.

The location was fine. The clerk was friendly, the room was reasonably clean, and the key card worked the first time. Check-in was seamless.

First of all, the room appeared to be missing a fire/smoke alarm. That was the most concerning thing, but it was late and we were too tired to change rooms, if they even had any available. I wasn't as impressed with the breakfast as others have apparently been in the past. The waffle maker was broken and my husband brought some cold sausage rolls and instant oatmeal to the room, as I was getting ready for a funeral. I was really expecting more from the previous comments about the breakfast. Also, I didn't care for the "aromatic" hand bar soap smell. It seemed to be a safer location and there's a Dutch Brothers really close, which is good, because the coffee creamer in the room was kind of nasty and didn't mix well.

Staff was amazing. The GM Barbara Gómez was fantastic. Very accommodating and customer focused.

The property is a bit dated. Best value in Midland but it is a 3 star level hotel. Better than Motel 6 but not a Marriott Fairfield or Courtyard.
