Reserved a king room, got a double on the 3rd floor. Elevator was broken. Was told it would take 5-7 business days to refund my money if I chose not to stay. Desk staff was rude and unhelpful.

"Would stay there again under different circumstances. Fix the hot tub. Lol"

Location and had good rating. Was clean and fit my needs for location. Was there for charity bike ride. I would stay there again.

Hot tub didn’t work, desk clerk seemed bored with job. Had a handicapped room. Which might have been my fault for requesting 1st floor. Was in town for a charity bike ride and needed first floor.

Everything was good, and very clean congrats and thanks to the people who work at the hotel and keep the rooms clean. The people in reception very friendly.
