Fun oasis in the centre of the city! Beautifully decorated and super comfy rooms, lovely friendly staff a great place to stay in the city

Slow elevator!

Location and decor

Room was dark, not very clean, with hair from previous guests on the bathroom floor. The toilet clogged and overflew with a regular use on the first time and there was no phone to call reception. No breakfast, no gym.

The bathroom design was kind of interesting.

Cold room, frigid staff, no half and half or cream of any sort in room, no bathroom in lobby

The resturant and bar on the property is amazing! Very drinks and food.

Housekeeping. Even if you request it sometimes it still doesn’t happen.

Smell of the rooms

Location was good for first timers, even though the Market Street (really close) is not well-frequented.

The wifi didn't work well in the room. The room barely had natural light. Windows with no view, it felt like an interior room.

Convenient, central location. Spacious bathroom, but the room was incredibly cramped.

There was maybe a foot of space to walk between the foot of the bed and the wall of the bathroom/bathroom door. The elevator broke on our last night and we were on the 7th floor, that was a terrible inconvenience.
