Best gym I've ever seen in a hotel. Staff was nice and rooms were clean

They didn't let me earlt check-in even though the room is avaliable and charged 2 different rates during my stay

Lovely hotel. Small issues were: it's not visible from the street so every time we walked back to it we had difficulty finding the entrance can't do it without a map even if you're on the right street. Had an issue with using the stairs instead of the elevator -- we preferred to use the stairs on one occasion but got told off by security, which seemed unnecessary/unpleasant. Eventually when we discussed it a little more fully with the hotel receptionists/managers they accommodated us and were very helpful and pleasant in general, but it was just a small unpleasant encounter. Overall, room very lovely and up to the standard you would expect, and service very quick and helpful.

I have really enjoyed the roof restaurant and the gym 💪
