the updated bathroom/shower.

bed was uncomfortable, the furniture could use a good deep cleaning, since there are guests who stay there longer than a few days, the rooms should be thoroughly cleaned & exterminated for bugs. saw a roach an hour after checking in smh. floors were sticky & the room, hallways & elevator had an unpleasant smell.

The location is convenient. The room had a sofa, full sized fridge, stove, and microwave. The lovely lady, who said she was from Puerto Rico, was the shining star during this visit. She always greeted us with a smile and a friendly word.

It seemed like our room was missing some things compared to our previous stay. There was no coffee table, and 1 nightstand was missing. I wished it was equipped with a coffee maker or electric kettle, and pots & pans, and dishes. Luckily, we travel with cups & picnic dishes. Otherwise, we would have needed to pay an extra deposit for pots & dishes. The room was not particularly clean. I had to request that housekeeping clean up a large amount of spilled sugar in the kitchen cabinet. There were Ramen noodle bits on top of the stove, and dried mud on the floor near one bed. They should NOT advertise that breakfast is provided. There's absolutely nothing left out in the lobby for guests to help themselves to. Each time I tried to get coffee, they were out. Staff will hand you 1 granola bar, or a packet of oatmeal (no milk), or pop tarts from behind the check-in desk. That's IF you can catch them at the desk. It was frequently unstaffed. The WORST part of this stay was when a fight broke out between 2 'long stay' guests. This happened while we were trying to get some coffee & a bite of food. The solo desk clerk seemed totally unable to manage this incident. She was practically hyperventilating while she ran around to investigate and then called the police! The 2 guests then came into the lobby to continue their loud shouting & threatening argument. All of the ppl waiting for coffee, then had to vacate the lobby. I informed the manager upon check-out that it didn't seem wise to only have one responsible person working at a time. The fight incident definitely put a damper on our 2nd stay here. I'm fully aware that management cannot control the unexpected behavior of guests. However, the sloppy way that it was handled by the overwhelmed solo staff person was really unsettling. They need more staff in order to mitigate such situations.

Escogí este alojamiento por la cocina y al llegar nos sorprendió que no funcionaba bien la estufa y que al reportarla no la arreglaron, el aire condicionado no funcionaba pero lo cambiaron por uno nuevo!

El aire acondicionado a pesar de reemplazarlo seguía liqueando agua al interior de la habitación y en la estufa solo funcionó un quemador pero era muy lento!
