"Short from excellence, but they charge you a deposit"

Never changed the sheets or towels on a three nights stay, no room for a high profile vehicle, the employee washing sheets played loud music and talked too much.

"Excellent"

The only bad thing is that the jacuzzi is not on unless requested, and that information was not provided when I called the hotel to check if it was a working jacuzzi. The men that work the front desk are friendly but the female worker in the evening is rude
