Quality Inn & Suites

For the price I paid for this room I did not have high expectations, and even had a tiny bit of worry in the back of my mind. After checking in and viewing the room I was pleasantly surprised. The whole place appears to have new carpet. I checked for bedbugs and did not find any nor did I see any kind of bugs at all. The ac worked. The room was clean. The only negative was that the tub was slightly stained and had a tiny bit of mold on the grout. I wore flip flops while I showered and for the price I paid I would not complain about that at all.

Nothing was pleasant.

The stay was very good

The room that I reserved had a roll-in shower because I just had ankle surgery and I couldn't step into a tub. When I got there my room had no internet connection and I needed it for work. So after some back and forth they made me go to another room with internet connection but then I didn't have the shower that I needed. Both rooms that I was in had stains in the tub and sheets, and pieces of furniture were ripped and frayed, and the hotel as a whole looked dungey. Breakfast was horrible with some lenders bagels, cold biscuits, and stale cereal. Nothing to drink, Not even water. Would never go back to this hotel. One staff member was really nice though and one was okay.

EVERYTHING WAS IN WALKING DISTANCE. MY ROOM WAS CLEAN AND COMFORTABLE.

I chose this hotel for price and convenience, and breakfast. Some of the reviews say it sucks. Dont expect 5 star ratings for below average prices! The room was fine. Not perfect. Just fine. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, hot water, frig and microwave, tv, and yes it the rooms and the hotel could use some cash infusions on upkeep, I can't complain. The check-in clerk was Rav. He was so kind and accommodating. He replaced a bulb for me. Breakfast was a great Belgian waffle with real butter! My favorite. If you want better...pay for it, instead of moaning. This was perfect for my one night passing through Jackson.

Didn’t stay here long. Pulled up and pulled out.
