Quality Inn & Suites

The room was a different style that the normal layout. The high light was the indoor pool. Now that was really cool 😎. And the sitting area for breakfast was clean and nice. Most places don't have a dinning area. Way to go Quality.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Luckily I was only there a litle more than 12hrs. The overall smell in the elevator, halls and rooms was overbearing. The towels that were hanging had visible stains and what appeared to be hair (human or pet) was visibly present like the room had not been cleaned or inspected. Pictures make it look better than what it appears. Would not recommend or return.

Our stay were excellent very nice people especially Mr. & Mrs.Pratel were extremely nice and friendly people and I will definitely stay again.

Stained bedding and towels.

I spent a lot of time trying to get things in my room to work properly like the toilet and air-conditioner plus a chair damaged my pants. The breakfast was nice with waffles, biscuits and gravy, cereal, great muffins, plus other things.

Amenities, cheap towels, old, worn air conditioning, worn fixtures and trim i.e picture frames.

Not the best

I loved everything.

Staff did not change linen or towels once we left for the day, having us return to an unclean room. Then telling us that we should have told them that we wanted it cleaned. Just ridiculous. Towels smelled old, so I asked for freshly wash towel and they didn’t smell fresh either.

The property appeared unsafe and unsanitary. Trash in the windows and arlind the property.
