The staff was super friendly. My room was clean.

Not clean at all! Toilet wouldnt flush. No comforter on beds. Limited breakfast, not enough things.

Housekeeping banged on my door from 8:30 in the morning until 10 AM. What’s the rush check out is at 11 AM.

Place was ok for me, I don't require 5 star hotel. However it really needs updating, better cleaning and the smell of old dirty nasty and smoke. Very musty. There were people camped out in the parking lot so I didn't feel completely comfortable with that. When I was checked in all three times it took forever. The guy was so slow in doing so. Neighborhood was suspect at best.

Horrible

It must be an older hotel because it needs some work. We had two rooms, in one room the a/c leaked and we had a small lake on the floor by the a/c, tried to pull a towel off the towel rack and the mounts, and all came off the wall, the finish on the bathtub was peeling up. In the other room, the a/c only worked intermittently, and the chair for the desk was dilapidated.

This hotel was horrible. We came in late due to our fault. Paid on this site but the clerk did not get the payment from hotels.com. Got 2 random rooms on different floors for my FAMILY. One room was not cleaned and looked like someone just left. This was again at 1am. The other room didn’t work with the key and the whole floor smelt like someone was smoking a ton. My wife is pregnant and this is unacceptable. We went back down and told the front desk and he apologized but kept telling us he was “new” and didn’t know what he was doing. They only had rooms on the floor that was full of smoke. We told him we were going somewhere else and stayed at the baymont down the street which was great. Don’t waste your time and hoping to get my money back.

Beds sagged in the middle. Tub,shower were not clean or was in need of repair

Pretty upsetting stay. Clerk could not check us in or "use" our expedia cc. The room was so musty and wet. We arrived so late, we just roughed it. :(

Minimally OK. Needs a renovation.
