Quality Inn & Suites

The room was not clean and the beds were so terrible. The beds sunk in the middle and were uneven that it felt like you would roll off the bed. Unrecommendable place to stay even for a quick stop.

I hate writing critical reviews like this, but I wish we had chosen a better place to stay. We felt somewhat nervous when seeing people roaming around in the parking lot at night, what looked like a drug deal taking place and the counter lady being locked in her office - I had to call the hotel so she would come out and check me in. The facility is in disrepair, the floors are taped together, the common area carpets were dirty, the shower doors wouldn't open, several outlets didn't work and the coffee machine didn't work. I think the city houses destitute, drug dependent people here as we saw a social worker arrive in the morning. After all this, the staff was very friendly though.

The hotel charged my card double for a deposit and stated that happens from time to time. I didn’t like that at all! The AC cover was off the ac unit and the room burning up but I didn’t complain as I only needed one nights of rest.

Property is dirty, room smells, lobby has holes in floor, ice machine doesn’t work.

The stay and service was good from the check-in up until i woke up and a roach was on my sheet so although my stay was decent i wont be back. And it wont let me upload the video

Worst hotel I ever been. Mold smell even after changing room. AC doesn’t work. Due bad air in room. My throat gone off in morning.

Very impressed with the cleanliness n comfort of this hotel ! The beds we’re absolutely comfortable and I will be staying here again
