Quality Inn & Suites

Room was filled with dust on all surfaces. The sheets barely fit over the mattress. Bed was not comfortable. Would not stay here again. Would not recommend anyone to stay here. Spend a few dollars more and stay in a decent hotel.

Clean room comfy bed easy access

The lady who checked us in was amazing. She was friendly, helpful and handled some difficult situations with a few who had no reservations. The facility itself was okay. The air didn’t work well. The place needed some repairs. They only had grab-and-go breakfast which was a disappointment.

Not the cleanest location. Had dirty towels from previous occupants in the room when I arrived. Old biscuits were in the microwave from someone else's stay.

Overall wasn’t too bad. Room has a musty smell but need has clean sheets and comfortable.

Cheap deal off the expressway excellent rest stop

The virtual card you send to the hotel was declined and I have to deal with it for hours in the middle of the night with my family And of course you take the money from my credit card and now you telling me that I can’t have a refund, is ridiculous

Advertised breakfast, but was very limited continental breakfast, worn & not maintained well. Outdated furnishings and window coverings.

Mold in showers (corners, ceiling, doors), walls were poorly patched and needed paint, entire room needed a deep cleaning. Front desk staff put me off when I complained about mold, etc. I went back later and insisted on seeing the manager who finally offered to put us in a different room and give me a rate reduction. This place is not a Quality Inn.
