I didn’t check in!! I want NO charge! They wanted a surprise $50 charge for my Shitzu. Outrageous and not in website!

Our room was not cleaned well. Our dogs found candy on the floor. We found socks, a ring and an earring on the floor blood on the bed cover, hair in the shower, curtains were ripped, hole in the wall and cracked closet door. The lobby floor tiles were lifted in several places causing a tripping hazard. If we didn't just drive 10 jours we would have left.

The lobby smelled of marijuana when you first walk in, not something I like for my 8 yr old to experience. Our room had no shower curtain nor remote to the TV and had a weird smell. We also had other peoples make up in our floor. Not sure the room was fully cleaned before we checked in

Well let’s see…the toilet didn’t work but they knew that because they left a plunger in the bathroom. the soap was already opened. the AC didn’t work and smell like hot dirt, but they knew that because there was a humidifier in the room. the floor was soaked with god knows what from god knows where. and the building structure of the room was noticeably concerning. I woke up at 1 am with my 3 children and left immediately because I didn’t want to stay any longer than I needed to.

"Worst Stay Ever! "

Changed rooms twice. King room had wet carpeting. Double room had flies everywhere, dirty sheets and no towels. Once moved king was ok but cleanliness must be an issue there. Second room had no tissue and food/drink stains on furniture that evidently had not been wiped clean. There was no tissue. Oh and the advertised “WiFi” did not provide service. At least we were able to get clean sheets to cover the beds to sleep on. I have had to stay at a motel before that was cleaner than this place. We evacuated from hurricane Ida to get some air, WiFi and a peaceful nights. We only got air…

"Avoid this hotel at all costs!"

Don’t book here! Hotels.com has wrong info. Pet fee is $50, not $25. Hotel charged an additional $50 security deposit (not pet related) and still has not refunded it. Also, Hotels.com said there was a full breakfast buffet. Instead it was grab and go, which we had to ask the staff behind the desk for. She seemed out out at having to put a microwaveable sandwich, muffin, and apple in a bag for us. AC had been left completely off in the room in middle of August so it was humid and hot for hours. Bathroom tub was stained badly. This is not really a Quality Inn anymore. It is owned by some cheap hotel company. Staff could not figure out how to use the computer to book us in. Terrible experience compared to what Hotels.com made it out to be.

"Needs huge improvement"

Hotel front desk was friendly as we checked in around 9pm. The room however was very dirty and hotel was not in good condition. The bathroom shower didn't work and the repair work all around the room was very poor. I checked out and went to another hotel after one day.
