Very dirty tub dirty I couldn’t take a shower toilet was stopped up when first entrance smell badddd .. didn’t stay in there couldn’t even get a refund for unused night

I did not stay at this property as they said their water system broke so I had to stay at a different place no call back until went for check in

They took my room and gave it to someone else. I would not recommend it.

Came in late but check in was easy and room was ready for me.

Terrible stay, lobby smelled of weed so did elevator & halls. Room was dirty, leftover soap in shower, 6 pillows only 2 with cases on them, 1 bed was broken down mattress/box spring, carpet was sticky & stained. Morning free breakfast was cereal toast told breakfast person didn’t show up & didn’t really know what to do. Coffee I believe was made with no filter as there were grounds on the top & at least a teaspoon in the bottom of the cup at end. Only things redeeming seemed to be the 2 people we interacted with at check in & out. Both extremely pleasant & made checking in & out easy. But will never stay again.

The room look clean and decorated nicely, but the room had a bad odor. The room also had small roaches in the draws, microwave and bathroom. They need to call and use an exterminator and deodorize on a regular basis.

Property was significantly more worn and tired looking than previous visit in 1/2022.

This hotel was average in almost every way. Nothing particularly bad (or good) - just meh. The front desk was not at all informed about area eateries and in the morning, I was scolded about the breakfast being closed when I was simply trying to get silverware.
