Breakfast just ok

Upon arriving, we noticed the carpet was wet throughout the room.. soon we realized it was coming from the room above - rapidly dripping from the ceiling and soaking the carpet. We immediately notified the front desk and they, after some time, reluctantly offered a refund, stating that no other rooms were available. We accepted that offer but wanted to be clear we’d be refunded. The woman at the front desk assured me it’d be taken care of, but was extra challenging because the manger was not available and because of the fact that we had booked through Hotels.com. Long story short, Hotels.com and this hotel are pointing the finger at each other and I STILL HAVE YET TO BE REIMBURSED!!! Almost a month later. I will never book through Hotels.com again, nor stay at this trash hotel.

The staff is very good. I especially enjoyed talking to the housekeeping staff.

Charging me for parking

I usually like Hampton Inn properties, and usually stay in the Hilton system. So, I can say this one was an outlier, and a bit disappointing. Starting with positives - staff is friendly, location is good, rooms are spacious, sleep quality was good, and the room was clean overall (except a touch of ketchup from some sticky fingers near one light switch). The fitness center equipment was satisfactory, and water cooler worked. The downsides: pretty dated property overall (they're working on it with remodels shown in a poster that mentioned spring 2025). There's covered parking but limited spaces (except for mostly vacant Diamond Member spaces). Rooms are either on the freeway side (I-5 is always busy), or the golf course side - quiet at night, but that's also the swimming pool side, so a different kind of noise on warm days/evenings when the hotel is busy). Only one elevator (it's not a huge hotel though). Breakfast not quite up to par compared to other Hampton Inns (less selection - but if you like the waffles, you're good). Fitness Center needs towels/antiseptic wipes.

Very limited staff, friendly but limited, not what i expected for what I paid, the pool was dirty and there was a couple with a speaker and the music they had going was annoying, they had alot of drinks and were trashing around the pool.

We booked a king suite for one night for $320. At check-in they told us that the air conditioning in the room is broken. It was in the mid-80’s during the day. There was no other room available. When we got to the room they had set up two fans and instead of a king suite, we were put in a handicap accessible room with two double beds. While I was showering I found out the shampoo and conditioner dispensers were empty. My wife noticed the outlet by the bed didn’t work. Our room stayed at a consistent 80 degrees through the whole night. We ended up opening the balcony door for more airflow, which cooled the room down to 79 degrees by the next morning. However, our room faced the highway so we had the sound of traffic all night. The hotel comped our $22/night parking fee and told us Expedia could get us a 40% refund. Expedia gave us a 15% credit (only redeemable through Expedia, no cash value) and said the hotel refused to do any other refund since we booked a non-refundable room. All-around bad experience and not the level of service I expect from a Hilton-owned brand.
