Very personalised service. Ms. Fazz was very kind, Prompt and focused. She deserve a promotion. Thank you everyone for making our stay exceptional.

The food at beach club restaurant need to be improvised. The male waiter who took our order was poor at explaining our options. The female waiters were very friendly.

Absolutely magnificent location - jungle meets dream beach. Super nice, professional, accommodating staff ( Special Kudos to Ana !)

This hotel is an outstanding property nestled between a lush rainforest and pristine beach. Champagne on arrival set the tone for our entire stay, which was par excellence. Staff were exceptionally hospitable - a few honourable mentions are Abbas at front desk, Mr. Subra & Maddy at breakfast. We truly enjoyed our stay and I'm looking forward to my next trip!

Dining options at the hotel are understandably pricey. Best to rent a car for convenience as the remote location makes it difficult for one to catch a taxi into town. Pillows were a little too soft for my liking.
