Nice beds for the price

I think that the staff I engaged with was very professional and nice ! But the maids are flat out rude!

The breakfast was cold and soggy right at beginning of breakfast hours , I had to tell the manager on duty that the milk inside of the 2% milk container was spoiled.

Filthy. We had three rooms for a college event. All of the rooms were smelly: fish/ dog / cigarette smell all rolled into one. I went out and bought air freshener. The bathroom had splashes of brown on the walls. Feces? Food?? Rusty sink and bathtub. The light switches had visible dirt on them. Toilet ran all night. Broken stand up lamp. There was no blanket on one bed in my room. The tables in the buffet area were dirty. There was staff lounging around on their phones in the lobby. The elevator had a dirty floor with food crumbs as well. Sketchy people smoking pot at the front door. Sketchy cars in the parking lot. Seems to be a flop house for otherwise homeless people who are living there. I just pray I did not bring bed begs home. I complained to the front desk and they offered me air freshener and gave me a blanket for my bed. You do not want to stay here!

This place needs a deep cleaning and immediate repairs. There were random stains all over the walls and headboard. The price I paid is not what I got in return.

the entire environment was serene and cool.

the occasional smoking of some of the visitors not appropriate. intensify your campaign against smoking in such a nice environment.

Place is dirty, loud, old, uncomfortable.

It’s not a Comfort Inn and suites,I would not have booked it if I had known that.
